"Do you not want to wait until the Covid is over to start your business?"
This is a question I have been asked hundreds of times. While I do understand that it is not the perfect timing to start a tourism business, my answer has consistently been no. For changing people's perception towards sake, earlier is the better. To expand the real sake culture from Japan to the world, I felt I do not have time to waste.
Further, I want to travel once this Covid is settled a bit. I thought many (or at least some) people have the same feeling. I will be ready for the long-wanted day when we will be freely travel again.
